Julius Baer’s corporate social responsibility: A commitment we are proud to make
North Asia: Julius Baer Cares
Julius Baer Hong Kong formed the Julius Baer Cares charity initiative in 2008. The foundation's key aim is to raise funds and provide support to charities supporting the education of children in Asia as well as the protection of the environment.
Over the past 2 years, Julius Baer Cares has successfully raised funds to build schools in Laos and China. Every calendar year, new projects are appraised by Committee members with one or two being agreed to be funded through the efforts of the foundation during that year.
Those who are interested to find out more about Julius Baer Cares, please contact the Chairman Christopher Burgess in our Hong Kong office.
South East Asia
Julius Baer Cares Singapore was launched in 2011 with a core focus on youth, specifically in the areas of health and education.
In the previous years, Julius Baer Singapore has actively contributed to the local community through donations towards various organisations, varying from charities, education institutions, and others.
We have chosen the Mainly I Love Kids (MILK) Fund to be our beneficiary for 2011, where we will organise a series of fundraising activities and donate all the proceeds to the MILK Fund.
Julius Baer Cares Singapore is co-chaired by Jeffrey Chiam.
