Julius Baer wins Swiss Derivative Award in the category currency/interest rates

At the Swiss Derivative Awards 2013 ceremony, the independent high-profile jury named Julius Baer’s Long Leveraged Certificate on 10 Year CHF Interest Rate the best product in the category “best currency/interest rate product”. This is the third time that the Bank has received one of the prestigious accolades. The jury especially liked the innovative approach of the product and the important function it has for investors and mortgage holders alike.

Award ‘Best Leader in Private Banking’ by FT Group publications ‘The Banker’ and ‘Professional Wealth Management’

‘Global Private Banking Awards’ 2012 – Excellence in Wealth Management:

• CEO Boris Collardi honored ‘Best Leader in Private Banking’.
• Julius Baer also ‘highly commended’ in the categories ‘Best Management Team in Private Banking’, ‘Best Private Bank in Switzerland’ and ‘Best Global Private Bank’.

‘Professional Wealth Management’ and ‘The Banker’, both renowned FT Business Group Publications, have awarded CEO Boris Collardi the title of ‘Best Leader in Private Banking’ in their 4th Annual Global Private Banking Awards. The jury also ‘Highly Commended’ Julius Baer in a number of categories, such as ‘Best Management Team in Private Banking’ ‘Best Private Bank in Switzerland’ and ‘Best Global Private Bank’. In the jury’s own word, Julius Baer has thus been recognised as representing the very best in the industry. The ‘Global Private Banking Awards’ evaluate and reward excellence by judging private banks from The Americas, Europe and Asia according to rigorous qualitative and quantitative criteria.

Spear’s Russia Wealth Management honors Julius Baer as ‘European Private Bank of the Year (outside of Russia)’

At the Spear’s Russia Wealth Management Awards 2012, Julius Baer has been honoured for the third time in a row as ‘European Private Bank of the Year (outside of Russia)’. The awards, which are annually organised by the Russian edition of Spear’s, a magazine for the ultra-high-net-worth community, are the most important accolades in the Russian wealth management industry.

Julius Baer named 'Best Global Private Bank 2012' by Global Finance magazine

The New York-based international magazine Global Finance has announced its World’s Best Banks 2012 Awards, naming Julius Baer as winner in the category 'Best Global Private Bank'. Overall, the annual prizes are awarded in 12 categories. Julius Baer was the only Swiss bank to win a prize. The winners were selected based on their performance over the past year and other subjective criteria, including reputation and management excellence. Global Finance made the selections after extensive consultations with bankers, corporate financial executives and analysts throughout the world.

Julius Baer confirmed as Best Boutique Private Bank in Asia for 3rd consecutive year

Julius Baer has been confirmed as the third-time winner of the Best Boutique Private Bank in Asia award by the Asset magazine, a leading Asian trade publication. The recognition was based on criteria which among others included size, growth, innovation, service, commitment and product range. Julius Baer gains 2012 two awards from Asian Private Banker

Julius Baer has won two new awards from Asian Private Banker. It has been named “Best Boutique Private Bank in Asia” and “Best Private Bank – External Asset Manager’s Choice”. The Bank’s QFII licence, allowing its clients to access Chinese onshore equity and bond markets and the strategic collaboration with Macquarie were highlighted as key differentiators of Julius Baer as well as the approach towards and the long experience in dealing with needs of external asset managers and the quality of service.

Bank Julius Baer with top position in Fuchsbriefe mystery test 2012

Julius Baer achieved outstanding results at the Fuchsbriefe 2012 awards. With the third top performance in a row, the Bank was able to position itself at the top of the list of the all-time best and of the Swiss ranking and also reaching the second rank in the top 10 list of all markets.

At the Chivas Spear’s Russia Wealth Management Awards 2011 Julius Baer has been named ‘Foreign private bank of the year (outside of Russia)’. Since 2009 the awards have been organised annually by the publisher of the Russian edition of Spear’s, an international magazine for high net worth individuals.

Julius Baer was the overall winner in the three categories ‘Private Banks’, ‘Universal Banks (national)’ and ‘Universal Banks (regional)’ and was also victorious in the category ‘Private Banks’.
